• Items need to be fully unworn, undamaged, unstained and unscented, and must arrive in their new, original, perfect condition with every original tag and all packaging intact.
• The following items are not eligible for a refund, but they can be exchanged or returned for store credit: Bodysuits, Lingerie & Underwear.

• Every return is inspected – items that have been worn, soiled, altered or damaged cannot be returned. Any return sent without authorization will be sent back to the sender at the sender's expense.

• "Final Sale" items, and orders paid with store credit / Gift Card, are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Store credit (or a refund) will be issued for the value of the piece/s returned, excluding the original shipping cost.

• Shipping costs for sending item/s back to Fascinating Nights for an exchange, an e-store credit coupon or a refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.

• Cancelled international orders are subject to a $15 cancellation fee.

• Fascinating Nights reserves the right to refuse any return, or to reduce the refund amount, for returns that do not meet the requirements above. Returns that are not accepted will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense, with no refund. Thank you for your understanding.

• All Continental US orders will receive a free USPS return shipping label

• For international orders, we will send you the full return address (our warehouse is located in the US) once we assign your Returns Authorization number

• We recommend using a tracked shipping method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the exchange/refund

• Cancelled international orders are subject to a $15 cancellation fee.

• Cancelled domestic orders are subject to a $5 cancellation fee.

• Orders cannot be modified/cancelled once the parcel has been processed

• Photo or video evidence of the fault must be provided; we will then personally help you resolve the issue quickly with a FULL REFUND or by sending you a new one.

• Color shades may differ slightly between production runs. Much of our photography is shot on film, so lighting can affect the color(s) shown in the photos, and the fabric color may look slightly different in real life.
